主機開動至一定轉(zhuǎn)速(中速)后，物料經(jīng)進料管、加料管，進入離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓，并在離心力場的作用下，液體經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔甩出轉(zhuǎn)鼓外。截留在篩網(wǎng)上的濾餅，待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達到設(shè)定量后，停止加料，關(guān)閉進料閥，在洗滌和高速甩干后，將主機在低速運轉(zhuǎn)下由刮刀將濾餅刮下，濾餅則由出料斗將濾餅卸出。

根據(jù)用戶工藝要求及物料特性的不同，每道工序(進料、脫液、刮料等)所需時間，均可在開車前通過編程器做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，本機自動化操作可近距離操作，也可遠程控制。本機可進行人工操作，人工操作各工序的進行。則完全受操作者控制。
