本離心機主要由傳鼓、傳動座、機座、內殼、外機殼和上蓋組成。錐型轉鼓內表面有篩網，中間裝用布料器。物料從安裝在與轉鼓同軸中心同一軸線的進料管垂直進入配器，在離心機的作用下，實現固液分離，固相物料在網面上移至大端而完成脫液，并借助于慣性實現卸料，通過內機殼與外機殼的環形通道下落進行收集。
